Our Management Team
Ryan Flegg, President
In 2008, Ryan took a significant step forward when he purchased his first flushby truck. With his entrepreneurial spirit, he continued to grow his business and expertise in the industry. Eleven years later, in 2019, he took another major leap by acquiring Al's Truck Service, a decision that would soon prove both challenging and rewarding.
Just six months after purchasing Al's Truck Service, tragedy struck when a fire destroyed the shop and all of the equipment. Despite this setback, Ryan displayed incredible resilience. Determined to rebuild, he worked tirelessly, and by 2022, not only had he restored the business, but he had also expanded, doubling the amount of equipment in his fleet.
His commitment to growth didn’t stop there. In November 2024, Ryan expanded his portfolio further by purchasing Steelview Energy and Industrial Services, reinforcing his position as a key player in the energy and industrial sectors.

Corey Kowalchuk, Vice President
In April of 2022, Corey bought his first rod truck. This acquisition allowed him to gain further hands-on experience and become more deeply involved in the business side of the industry. His growing success and ambition led him to become a key figure at Al's Truck Service Ltd., and by early 2024, Corey bought into the company, assuming the role of Vice President.

Taylor Gartner, Vice President
In early 2017, Taylor partnered with Ryan Flegg to buy into a flushby, further solidifying his presence in the oil and gas sector. Just two years later, in 2019, Taylor and Ryan took a major step by purchasing Al's Truck Service, an exciting new chapter in their professional lives. Despite the major setback of the shop fire, Taylor’s resilience and determination were pivotal in rebuilding the company. By 2022, he and the team had not only restored Al’s Truck Service but had doubled the equipment and resources, marking a true success story of recovery and growth and paving the way for the major acquisition of Steel View in 2024.
